Our land, our olive trees
Adjacent to the pool is our charming olive grove composed of over 500 plants. Our guests can visit the olive grove and even participate in the olive harvest in October, which is done strictly by hand by our family.
Our plants are mostly of the Leccino type and therefore have as their prerogative the production of a sweet and very fruity oil.
Our oil
The processing of our olives is done strictly by an artisanal mill located in the Arcille area, in compliance with Tuscan traditions of olive pressing. The product is then put on sale directly at the Agritourism, and is therefore available especially to our guests who will be able to bring a piece of Maremma back to their homes.
The olive grove, the oil, the flavours and the aromas are nothing more than an additional bonus to your holiday in our Agritourism which will become an experience, a taste of the Maremma that will remain indelible in your memory.
